Octopus Katsu

INGREDIENTS

  1. Octopus
    • 1 Oyster Bay Octopus
    • 1 Onion, quartered
    • 6 Garlic cloves
    • 1 Bay Leaf
    • 1 Orange, Sliced
    • 1 Lemon, Sliced
  2. Katsu
    • Octopus tentacle, cooked
    • 1 cup Panko
    • 1 cup Flour
    • 1 cup Egg wash

PREPARATION

  1. Octopus
    • Cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Remove and check tenderness.
  2. Katsu
    • Dip the tentacle into the flour, then the egg wash, then into the panko and fry at 350 F until golden brown.
