Crab 3 Ways with Nasturium and Quail Egg

INGREDIENTS

  1. Crab Claw Sauce
    • 1 can Claw Crabmeat
    • 1 cup Mayo
    • 2 tbsp XO sauce
  2. Lump Crab Meat
    • 1 can Lump Crabmeat
  3. Super Lump Crab
    • 1 cab Super Lump Crab
    • 1 Lemon, juiced
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • salt, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Place ingredients into food processor on high until blended thoroughly.
  2. Toss with crab claw sauce, fold into nasturtium leaf like a taco.
  3. Toss and plate. Garnish with torched raw or poached quail yolk and ash salt.
